We learned it from signing leases, hiring teams, building the systems that keep the lights on, and feeling the weight of every decision in the bank account at the end of the month.
We built Axiom Board Group because the businesses we operated needed help, and the help that was available was almost always disappointing. Consultants who had never run a P&L.
